Hi I am Ann-Maree and the owner of All-Mobile Pilates.
16 years ago I started my Pilates journey and went along to my first class, feeling very anxious that I may not be able to keep up with the others. Sound familiar? I soon relaxed and became hooked on Pilates and the way it made my body feel after each class. Roll on a couple of years and I wanted to help others to achieve the same strength and flexibility that I now had, so I went on to qualify as a Pilates teacher.
In January 2014 I started to build up my mobile Pilates business, bringing Pilates out of the studio environment and into the comfort and privacy of my clients homes. Community Classes started initially with my group of friends and now these classes have developed into a whole timetable of differing abilities and levels.
I have been invited to teach in the Corporate sector taking my classes to the office. I provide all of the equipment needed along with a specific workout for lower back hips and core strengthening routines. Clients include RSM, Wilkins Kennedy and B&Q head office.
I am also very keen to incorporate Mindfulness and relaxation into Pilates as the two practices compliment each other well and therefore we do not teach with music as this can distract you from the session.
All-Mobile Pilates supports the BackCare Charity and are part of the Professional Associate membership. I am committed to reducing the impact that back pain has on the NHS and employers.
In 2016 All-Mobile Pilates was voted 'Best Pilates Instructor' for Southampton by Move GB clients and were runners up in the Muddy Stiletto awards for 'Best Pilates Instructor 2017'.

In Pilates you put your body in positions you never dreamed possible and use muscles you never knew you existed. I love to feel how my body responds to different exercises within the class. My core is stronger now more than ever. I love the way each class is friendly and relaxed as Ann-Maree has a certain knack of making everyone feel at ease and push you to your own limits. Pilates is a strength builder, not just for the body but also for your wellbeing. I really look forward to that 'Me Time' once a week.

I have been attending Ann-Maree's classes since March 2016 after looking around for a Pilates class for a while. I really like the fact that the classes are kept small, so when you are taking part Ann-Maree is able to easily correct your position and ensure you are doing the exercise properly. The classes are really enjoyable and varied from using the ring, wobble cushion, balls and foam rollers! A great class and excellent teacher.

I started Pilates in December 2015 over 50's group. I had not done any exercise for years and had never done Pilates. I have grown in confidence and body awareness. my posture and core strength has improved and i have much less back pain now. We recently did a class with a large exercise ball - what fun... But what a work out - every part stretched and worked in a mindful way. I am so glad i overcame the anxiety of doing something new and out of my comfort zone. I would recommend it.
