9am - Back care & beginners Pilates @ Roynans Dance School Woolston
10am - Over 50's Pilates @ Roynans Dance School, Woolston
12:30pm High Intensity Pilates on-line only.
6.30pm - Mixed ability Pilates @ Bursledon Community Centre, Bursledon
7am - High intensity Pilates. A faster paced 30 minute session. Not suitable for beginners or those with pre-existing injuries. On line only
10am - Mummy and Me Pilates. Post natal Pilates on line only. Little people welcome to either join in or watch Mummy exercise safely.
7.30pm - Improvers/Intermediate Pilates @ Roynons Dance School, Woolston
If you have have done Pilates before and are familiar with the exercises and transitions then this is the class for you. It is a faster paced class than beginners Pilates with Intermediate exercises that will continue to challenge your abdominal strength, balance and all over body workout.
Due to the new government guidelines, all participants joining my classes are required to complete the Covid - 19 release and waiver form.
