We intend to work with you within the scope of our knowledge and competencies as REPs (Registered Exercise Professionals). Therefore when we believe it is in your best interests to see another health professional, I will refer you appropriately and with your consent.
Disclosure of information
Whilst for most people Pilates is hugely positive with many benefits to your health, there does remain some risk that we require you to be aware of therefore all participants must read, understand, complete and sign a health questionnaire, COVID-19 release/waiver and disclaimer prior to starting any Pilates sessions with All-Mobile Pilates.
All participants must inform the relevant teacher immediately, should their health status change in anyway. This includes physical injuries, allergies, mental health, COVID-19 symptoms and any medication you are taking. If necessary you maybe asked to seek clearance from your doctor before participation in our sessions can commence.
Health and safety
Participants must not attend any session if they are unwell or develop any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus.
Young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will take full responsibility for their welfare throughout the session/s.
All participants must supply an emergency contact number and details of next of kin.
Participants must arrive appropriately dressed for the activity booked. No responsibility can be accepted for injury or illness sustained due to failure to comply.
Participants for all sessions will use the equipment provided, safely and only for the purpose intended. This equipment will be santised after use.
Booking your sessions
All bookings and classes are subject to availability. Priority will be given to participants who have made a confirmed booking via the All-Mobile Pilates website, email or telephone contact and have paid for the month ahead.
All 1-1's and group classes must be booked and paid in full for the month ahead prior to the commencement of the sessions to reserve the place.
Participants, who arrive for a session without booking and forms completed accept that a place may not be available.
Payment and fees
Class fees are £8 x the amount of sessions you are likely to attend for the month ahead. Please note I do not allow pay as you go on a weekly basis.
1-1 fees are £36 x the amount of sessions you are booking in for the month ahead if you are participating via Zoom or £40 for a face to face session. For shared sessions the lead booker is responsible for payment of fees.
All 1-1's and classes must be prepaid by the first session of every month either by bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal.me/allmobilepilates
Bookings for Day Retreats, events and courses are made subject to payment being received by us within the specified timescale resulting in no payment; no booking. You maybe turned away.
We regret no refunds can be given for missed sessions, unless in extreme circumstances.
The session fee reserves the place for the duration of the month. However, transfer to another relevant session within the time frame of that month may be possible by prior arrangement and strictly subject to availability.
To be fair to all clients, your session fee reserves your place whether you attend or not.
Cancellation of 1-1 sessions: 24 hours minimum notice is required to enable others to utilise the slot. If you cancel your 1-1 session with less than 24hrs notice or fail to show you will be required to pay 100% of the session fee or forfeit the session entirely.
If you are late to a session we will do our best to get the most out of the remaining time left but we are unable to run over due to previously arranged commitments.
Cancellation of group classes: 24 hours minimum notice is required. If you fail to attend or inform us then your session will be forfeited.
Repeat no shows or cancellations may result in the individual being blocked from attending any future classes or 1-1 sessions.
Cancellation of complete Pilates courses and specialist workshops: 7 days’ notice is required. Failure to give the required notice may result in a fee being charged up to the full value of the course/workshop.
Cancellation of Retreat Days: within 4 weeks of the event, refunds for Retreat Days and Events will be made provided cancellations are confirmed within four weeks of the date of the event. After this time, a refund of 50% may be made only if the place can be filled.
Please note in the event that you need to reschedule or you are running late for a session then please contact your teacher either by text or calling and leaving a message.
All-Mobile Pilates reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, we will offer a full refund of any monies paid or make up the session at no charge to you. If we are running late in starting the session it will be extended accordingly.
Preparing for your session
To get the most from your session we recommend the following:
Have a small snack or light meal two to three hours before your session.
Be sure you are well hydrated and avoid alcohol prior to your session.
If you are unwell then contact your teacher.
Bring water to your session
Wear appropriate clothing
Be ready to start at the time of your session.
Communication and complaints
Whilst we can give you the tools and encouragement to reach your goals ultimately you will need to assume responsibility for making the required changes. We can only help you achieve if you keep us fully informed of any issues that arise for you. In the first instance that you have any questions or concerns please direct them to your teacher.
