Pilates at home is tailored to your individual needs, goals and strengths/weaknesses. From gentle chair based exercises through to more challenging reformer and mat work. Your sessions can be shared with your friends and family depending on the space available. We are based in Southampton but happy to travel throughout the SO postcode region at no extra cost.

One to One

Pilates sessions designed for you! 


Have you ever wanted to try a one-to-one Pilates session? The perfect option for a Pilates session at a time that suits your schedule.


If you prefer to work with one of our teachers on a one-to-one basis or a ‘duet session’ (one-to-two) with a friend, then Private Sessions are for you. 

Both the session format and the exercises given are tailored to suit your needs and objectives. These sessions allow for greater progression and development and are a must for anyone requiring that individual attention. 

I  am a highly qualified and experienced teacher specialising in Muscoskeletal problems.

Sessions are held by appointment only for either forty five minutes or one hour in duration either at your home or workplace. Bookings can be made directly below.

Private 1:1 sessions are available from 7am - 8pm Monday - Friday.

Please note we are unable to offer private sessions on a Saturday or Sunday.


Sessions cost £36 for one hour or £30 for 45 mins.

Group classes

For an effective, more affordable workout


Studio Sessions are 45mins and held at Roynons Dance school, Woolston; DM Dance, Northam and Bursledon Community Centre.


Group classes are a popular and effective way of training in a studio environment. The sessions are built around a standard format with the teacher tailoring the repertoire of exercises to suit your individual needs. The full range of studio equipment is available.

Sessions typically incorporate both mat- and small equipment-based Pilates exercises and encourage flow and independence. The teacher running the sessions generally works with up to eight clients at any one time, giving direction, feedback and correction throughout the session. New exercises and small equipment are regularly introduced to bring variety and challenge to your sessions, ensuring continuous progression and development.

Group sessions are available Monday - Thursday and cost £8 per class. Discounts are given for block bookings.

Corporate sessions

Bringing Pilates to your office so no excuses...


We bring Pilates, relaxation and the equipment, to you at your office so all you have to do is turn up.

All you need is a free room or space in your workplace and some willing colleagues. Classes can be held during a lunch break, before or after work.


For employees, it’s a low-cost, easy and effective way to fit exercise into their working day.  

For employers, providing physical activity for your staff is proven to increase productivity, reduce absenteeism and of course improve the health and wellbeing of your staff.
